Cold navy beans salad

Half  a  package  of  navy  beans
Green  onion  bundle – chop  thinly
Parsley  bundle – chop  thinly
Tomatoes – thinly  chopped
1/4  Cup  of  cold  press  olive  oil
1  Fresh  squeezed  lemon

Cook  the  beans  inside  a  pot  with  a  lot  of  water, without  salt, for  about  an  hour, until  it  softens  but  remains  solid. Strain  well, transfer  into  a  bowl  and  chill.
Add  the  rest  of  the  ingredients, mix  and  serve.
