700  mg  of  phytosterols  in  a  tablet, 8%  of  them  are  in  their  free  form.
With  an  addition  of  CoEnzyme  Q10. Contains  policosanol.
Phytosterols  are  natural  ingredients  which  are  found  in  a  variety  of  vegetables, fruits, nuts  and  seeds, they  have  a  chemical  structure  like  the  cholesterol's, they  compete  with  it  for  the  absorption  sites  in  the  intestine  and  by  that, they  decrease  the  cholesterol  amount  which  is  transferred  from  the  intestine  and  being  absorbed  in  the  blood  cycle. It  was  scientifically  proven  that  a  daily  dosage  of  1-3  gr  of  phytosterols  have  the  ability  to  decrease  LDL  up  to  15%.
