The effect of Astragalus on inflammatory indexes of asthma among children comparing to medicinal treatment

Asthma  is  a  chronic  inflammatory  disease  in  which  different  cells  and  cytokines  are  involved  in  the  immune  system.
A  randomized, single-blind, controlled  study, was  conducted  in  a  children's  hospital  in  Shanghai, China, and  published  in  the  year  of  2016  has  examined  the  effect  of  the  Astragalus  plant  root  on  inflammatory  indexes  comparing  to  medicinal  treatment. 

Spirulina and allergic runny-nose

Allergic  runny-nose  is  mostly  caused  by  exposure  to  allergens. The  most  common  symptoms  of  the  allergic  runny-nose  are  sneezes, nose  itch, watery  runny-nose  and  congestion. 
Avoiding  allergens  is  often  impossible.
A  Turkish  study  has  found  that  the  spirulina  alga, can  reduce  the  symptoms  of  allergic  runny-nose.
